Hello <(^_^)> !!

I wanted to post that sooner, but I got into something else and forgot about this dress :D. A couple of months ago I saw a beautiful dress on a DD posted on figure.fm. I made this dress inspired by that one, so it is not my own design ^^.

I used a white cotton fabric with small cute strawberries and some satin pink fabric which matched just fine together.

I had to remade the blouse because the more I looked at it, the less I liked it xD, now i think it’s better. I decided to make both parts separately because that way I can combine them with other outfits, and it is always easier this way too :D.

Also, since I have an overlock machine I finished the edges of the skirt with it and using the same pink thread on all colors, this way it stands out on the light colored one, it gives a different look.

And who we got here….

By the time I was making this dress, my little one year old niece came to spend some days with her parents, and since her birthday was coming up, I thought I could make her a custom dress. Got permission from the parents to put some photos, hehe. I used the same fabric and added a Hello Kitty sticker :) she looked so cute! and I was very lucky because the dress fited perfectly!

I have to say my niece behaved very well with Nia-chan, she looked at her curiously and I said “tell Nia-chan good girl” and then she stroke her hair, hehe, and then she took and hold her hand…kyaa so cute!

Here I asked her to hug Nia-chan <3
